THE HALEY SISTERS Jo-Ann and Becky,
were born and raised in the village of Harden,
just out side of Bingley, West Yorkshire.
From a very early age they followed in their parents’ footsteps,
showing a strong interest in music from all genres.
The Haley Sisters first appeared professionally back in 1989, when they
launched themselves into a successful singing career
Playing: Original, Americana, Country, Folk & any song
from any genre that feels good…Eclectic one would say, is an understatement.
Whatever is played, it’s 100% live!
Good solid songs featuring a magical blend of vocal harmonies and top notch
musicianship are the trademarks of the band.
First formed in MARCH 1990
The Haley sisters have performed at the London Palladium, Crawley Folk Festival,
Music On The Marr Festival,
Sedgefield Folk Festival, Haworth Arts Festival,
Sky Pennine folk & Acoustic Roots Festival,
plus many Theatres, Festivals and Events covering the entire UK and abroad, they have appeared with artistes such as:
Nathan Carter, Freddy Fender, George Hamilton 1V, Daniel O' Donnell,
Raul Malo, plus many more wonderful & respected artists.
In June 1993 guitarist Brian Smith joined them, having previously worked in

Nashville, Tennessee, on many recording sessions including:
Crystal Gayle's “Three Good Reasons” album & her charity single
for the Make A Wish Foundation, the worldwide children’s charity.
They have appeared at leading Arenas, festivals and theatres throughout the UK,
Ireland and Europe, gaining massive popularity by virtue of their natural talent,
dedication and down to earth personalities.
They have been extensively touring the UK & Scotland for FIVE consecutive years, with the amazing
Nathan Carter
who, with his world class band has become an international star.
On May the 28th 2017 they performed a sell out show at the London Palladium!
April 2018 they opened for the UK Roy Orbison first of it’s kind, world Hologram Arena tour!
The Haley sisters are still recognised as one of the most unique acts in their profession,
and continue to entertain and perform their limitless genres of music
to audiences far and wide.
In 1997 the Haley Sisters recorded and funded their first album on their own
independent record label :- “Comet Records”
This album titled “The Angels Break Free”

Their 2nd album titled “To Be With You Tonight” features 10 original songs
written straight from the heart. Not only talented as singers and musicians, this
album shows their flair to write, produce and record their own brand of music
to please everyone.
